Ministry of Arts and Culture (MINAC)

Roles: Official patron and cultural authority supporting the festival’s recognition at the national level.

Contributions: Provided official authorization for Tukubum as a recognized cultural event in Cameroon. Offered technical and advisory support through cultural delegates. Assisted in mobilizing artists and regional representatives for the 2024 edition. Endorsed the 2025 Tukubum Edition as a peace and cultural development initiative.

Ministry of Tourism and Leisure (MINTOUL)

Roles: Promoter of cultural tourism linked to the festival..

Contributions: Promoted the event through tourism networks and regional offices. Supported the development of travel routes and accommodation listings for visitors to Fonfuka. Assisted in profiling the festival as part of Cameroon’s cultural tourism calendar.

Boyo Divisional Administration & Fonfuka Council

Roles: Local governance and logistical coordination.

Contributions: Facilitated security, crowd control, and infrastructure preparation before and during the festival. Provided public spaces and permits for festival activities. Helped with clean-up, water, and electricity logistics for the event village.
